Do we travel?

We are local to the East Valley of Arizona. However, reach out to us and see if we are available to do your event in a neighboring state.

What can I expect?

You can expect your vision to come to life! When we meet with you we create a rendering of what your party details will look like, so when the day arrives there is no surprises!

What can I expect in a pre-meeting?

Our team is so excited to meet with you! Once we get a better understanding of what your event is going to look like we will then schedule a follow up meeting to go over renderings, time line, etc. Our goal is to uphold your vision!

What happens if I need to cancel my event?

We understand that life happens! We require a minimum of a 48 hours before the event to cancel, at the time of booking will be a deposit that can then transfer to another event in the future.

Do I need to do anything?

Depending on your service selected you may need to coordinate some other vendors.

What time should I have you arrive?

Our team will coordinate with you of our arrival for set up. We always advise that the more time to set up the better!

What are your payment and refund policies?

All events must be paid in full 30 days before the event, there will be a booking deposit to hold your date, that will go towards your total. We understand that life happens and are always willing to work with our customers if we need to reschedule.

Do you coordinate day of events?

We do coordinate day of events, whether it is a birthday party, or a wedding. Our team will come ready and prepared to keep all the details in line so that you can enjoy the day!
